Urban Heating Solutions started in 2021, in a kitchen in High Wycombe, after one too many friends had a bad experience with a faceless heating firm. The idea was straightforward: be the engineer you'd actually want — one who picks up, turns up, charges fairly, and stays in touch.
Five years on, the team is still small on purpose. Every job is done by the same Gas Safe registered engineers, working out of one van, across Buckinghamshire and surrounding counties. We know the houses, we know the boilers, and increasingly we know the people. That's the part we like most.
We're not trying to be the biggest. We're trying to be the one your neighbour recommends — and to still be doing this in another twenty years.
You shouldn't have to re-explain your boiler to a different engineer each year. Whoever quoted you is who'll do the work, and who'll come back next year.
Quotes before work, not after. No "we found extra" surprises. If a job grows mid-way, we stop, explain, and you decide. Always.
