No. 01 — Heating

Boiler repair & servicing

Whether your boiler has stopped firing, is making a worrying noise, or simply hasn't been serviced this year — we'll look at it properly, explain what we find, and only fix what needs fixing.

No. 02 — Systems

Central heating systems

From a single noisy radiator to a whole-house system upgrade. We balance, flush, swap and install with proper attention to pipework, controls and how it'll actually feel to live with.

Gas safety checks

Landlord CP12 certificates and homeowner safety inspections. We test every gas appliance, every flue and every pipework run — and we deliver the certificate before we leave the drive.

How quickly can you come out?

For most of Buckinghamshire and surrounding counties we can offer a same-day or next-day visit. Emergency callouts (no heat, gas smell, leak) are prioritised — call directly rather than using the online form.

Are you Gas Safe registered?

Yes — Urban Heating Solutions is on the Gas Safe Register under number 968443. You can verify us at gassaferegister.co.uk before you book.

Do you charge a call-out fee?

No call-out fee on jobs we go on to complete. If you'd just like a diagnostic visit with no follow-up work, that's £65 for the first hour.

Do you offer a guarantee?

We do not advertise a fixed multi-year install guarantee. Any warranty or guarantee on parts, appliances or our workmanship is confirmed in writing before work goes ahead — terms depend on the job and manufacturer requirements.

Do you work weekends?

Yes — we're available seven days a week, 7am to 8pm. Call or send a visit request any day, including weekends and Sundays. Online requests are only confirmed once we've accepted the work and agreed a time with you.

Can I get a quote without a visit?

For services and CP12s, yes — pricing is fixed. For repairs and installs we'll need a quick look first; surveys are free across Buckinghamshire and surrounding counties.
